Why are people such jerks?!!? I had sketches I wanted to put into the animation because it would be so easy to just trace over them, but no. You leave it behind once, ONCE, and it's gone forever. Ask the teacher where it is, someone already took it & doesn't know who. PFFFFFFFFFFFFFT.
This 2D short was disastrous. No where near my best work and I hate it.

Well, I'll be honest, I haven't been as productive as I could've been lately...
However, I think I'm out of my slump now. Or at the very least I'm doing better then I was. I think.
Well, it seems I'm having trouble concentrating & writing. Pfffft.
Let's see something that made me happy so far this week:

Frick it. I'm annoyed, no one I know personally seems happy anymore. There's animosity in the air seemingly everywhere I go, Animation class is literally the only sensible place for me to be anymore. I'm in a rut, no use denying it anymore.

Yep, that's today. Well, anyways, I don't have much to say. But I have five minutes.
I'll just start by saying yesterday sucked. It was really just awful. But today is a new day and I'm trying to be optimistic about everything.

Oh, I'm concerned with the 2D project. Mainly because I don't think I'll get it done in time. I still can't seem to focus lately. It would help if my "workplace" at home wasn't always full of annoying people. I guess I'll have to clear off my desk in my room so I can have somewhere quiet to work. Familiarity breeds contempt and OOOOOOH, how I'm feeling the contempt. Nothing personal of course, but I just don't like going home and never having any time to myself anymore. I hate roommates that never leave.

Monday

I'm having a bad day.
I'm having a really bad week.
I haven't been able to sleep properly since of a horrible reoccurring dream. It's creepy and I can't sleep & all I wanted was a Monday morning off from regular school & then go to Boces but I guess it was a bad idea.

I'm stressed out with all the work piling up, I haven't had any decent sleep which is starting to get to me.
I just want a break. Weekends aren't relaxing anymore. They're stress inducing. Can't do anything to relax anymore. I hate it, it's annoying and I swear it'll be the end of me.

It's hard to write a post with kittens everywhere.
...It's kind of annoying.
Anyway, I learned how to do a voice over in garage band with Enya, and that you need a minimum of 4 frames for a walk cycle. I'd like to learn more about gradients because when I mess with them for design, they're always a pain in the neck to edit.

Film Star

     Well, I'm just getting this out of the way now. Busy, busy, busy.
I had a good Halloween. I watched some old horror movies, and Goosebumps, you know, from 1996.
Now I know why I'm weird. I grew up watching that xD
I didn't get much from Halloween, Whatever I got went to my neighbors' kids, since they're the only ones who trick or treat at my house and I had nothing else to give. Oh well.

     Anyway, I'm done animating (Though, I want to work on some details "That's too fast" "That's too slow" ETC) the science typography project and now I just need the audio & sound effects to go in. Which I'm going to work on at home since I have Audacity. Or at least try too. I have a feeling I'm not going to like working with flash and audio... It's a bad feeling. At least I learned how to use masks. Yay!

     With the short animation that's not due to later, I'm already working on that when I have the time. I've already spent a few study halls planning everything out. I didn't get to finish the storyboard in time, but I'm doing that tonight (too) and It should be fine for tomorrow. I have a good idea (I think), I'm just having trouble finishing it. I don't want to cut it off in the middle or anything. All I know is that it doesn't make any damn sense, and that it's kind of not supposed too. Any one watch Super-jail?

Maybe like that except without the tremendous amounts of gore. That really is a raunchy cartoon...

     Anywho, right now I'm just praying that I didn't set it up so that it's too complicated to be done in time. I can go simple, but I... don't want to? I don't know. I already put a lot of effort into it. I know you shouldn't be afraid to get rid of your best work, but I really like what I had done. I have the background scenes in mind & how they'll be drawn. I'd like to know what it'd look like up in flash right now, but that's not likely right now, so I'm just going to have to assume what it may look like. Drawings in my head turn out differently then when they're on the computer. Which is annoying.

     INTEREST:
It's not completely animated, kind of still frames, but I thought it was very detailed and well made. Also has sound.
